02 Placing an Order
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone) is accurate and complete.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued promptly.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
03 Payment
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 and may carry a handling fee of ₹40 – ₹60.
- All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
- In case of payment failure, please do not retry immediately — contact us to confirm if the order went through.
04 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days from Chennai. Delivery typically takes 3 – 7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999.

05 Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and defective or not as described.
- To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at 8072498662 with your order ID and photos of the issue.
- Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method after the return is approved.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your account details when requesting a refund.
Change of mind or incorrect size selection does not qualify for a free return. A return shipping fee may apply in such cases.
06 Product Use & Liability
- Our products are designed for vehicle protection purposes. Please follow the installation instructions provided.
- Hakmart is not liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of the product.
- Product images shown on our website are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
- We do not guarantee that our products will work in every possible environment or situation.
