01 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays) from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

04 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number and courier name via WhatsApp and SMS. We partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post depending on your location.

05 Damaged, Lost or Failed Delivery
- Damaged on arrival: Refuse the package, take a photo, and WhatsApp us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund.
- Lost in transit: If not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us for a replacement or refund.
- Failed delivery: Our courier makes 2 – 3 attempts. If all fail due to wrong address or unavailability, a re-dispatch fee applies.
- Address changes: Contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are generally not possible.
06 Cash on Delivery
- COD available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- A COD handling fee of ₹40 – ₹60 may apply.
- COD may not be available for select remote pin codes.
- Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.
